      My favorite thing to do is to read books and play chess.

      In my spare time I like to cook, cycle, read and travel.

      Go out for a walk on a sunny day and read a book by the Dun Laoghaire pier.

      I really enjoy watching or playing rugby but that’s not always available, so I also play strategy board and computer games like Risk, Catan, Sid Mier’s Civilisation and Total War.

    Of my many hobbies, my favourite thing to do is take a walk outside when the weather is good. especially in the coast of Dublin around Dun Laoghaire.

      I cycle to and from the university every day. (about 20 minutes each way). I go to the gym at least once a week, and I am learning to swim, so I swim for about 1-1.5 hours at least 3 times a week. Apart from that, I go for krav maga classes (a form f self-defence) at least once a week. If possible I also go out for a hike in the mountains every Sunday (hopefully the weather gets better than this soon 😉 ).
      Being a researcher can be mentally tiring, so I try to keep my body healthy, which helps me feel motivated during the day.
