Do your bit, it could be anything.
cycle to school, avoid eating meat, reduce plastic waste (especially single-use plastic). it could be anything in any amount. But be aware as to what you can do, and try to do it right 🙂

If everyone makes small changes such as using less energy, turning off devices when not in use, cycling or walking, where possible, instead of using the car, reduce the amount of plastic you use. Recycle when you can.

Did you know half of the worlds oxygen comes from the sea. The sea is also a source of water, food and medicine for us. You can find some good resources from this European project (SeaChange) for more details on ocean literacy and the small changes every person can make to help our oceans and environment http://www.seachangeproject.eu/resources#audience=educators

There are really a lot of ways to help that people don’t want to follow because they affect their lifestyle. These include buying less stuff you don’t need, recycle and try to use less plastic, or reuse plastic where possible. Travel less, eat less meat, use public transport. Even having fewer children.
