  Yes, I have always admired my Dad’s success. He began work in Tyrone Crystal as a chemical engineering graduate at 23 years old and through a number of promotions was eventually Director of Operations in Waterford Crystal just before he turned 36. Being an engineer means you are great at approaching problems and managing projects so are well suited to management positions.
