      A 3D printer for printing plastic parts up to 20 cm in size can cost just €200 now and prices are dropping every day as we get better at building them. Plastic 3D printers are much cheaper than metal 3D printers though. Metal 3D printers can cost €100,000-1,000,000 depending on their size.
