The steps I used were the following:

      1. Cut up used paper into tiny bits, as tiny as possible
      2. Submerge the bits of paper in water, and remove the ink from them, so the recycled paper will be ink-free.
      3. Do not throw the ink-water, you could use it to water plants or for car wash, other activities that do not need pure clean water.
      4. shred the mushy paper using a hand mixer or even just with your hands to get a finer consistency.
      5. make a paste of the water and paper and spread them thinly (not too thin, as recycled paper may not have the same strength as a regular paper) onto a tray, maybe a baking tray of some sort.
      6. you could add dyes/ink if you want the paper to be of a particular color.
      7. let the paper dry in the sun for about 2-3 days
      8. carefully remove the paper from the tray and use it as you like

I usually use my papers to make handmade cards/letters or as a gift wrapping paper.
