• Question: how bad is nuclear toxins for the environment like if another Chernobyl was to happen would the world go on lock down

      Luckily enough, accidents of this type are few and far between. If they do occur they mainly effect the country that the reactor is located. Factors effecting other countries would be the transfer of nuclear contaminants via wind, and ocean currents. So the world would not go into lock down.
