Question: Is gardening good for the environment
Asked by Girlpowerforstem to Connor on 11 Mar 2020.
answered on 11 Mar 2020:
Yes and no, that depends how you garden. A lot of people use chemicals to make gardening easier, these can be harmful to the soil and bad for the environment but there are also a lot of people who use nature stuff like food waste or cow dung and this is great for the soil / environment. Gardening is also a really healthy past-time and one of the keys to a long life according to this article – https://www.bbc.com/worklife/article/20181210-gardening-could-be-the-hobby-that-helps-you-live-to-100
