The coronavirus is a family of virus that infects mainly animals, until recently. The virus spread to humans from the “wet market” in Wuhan, China. Since animal meat was not freshly butchered there, it is more difficult to maintain hygienic conditions to prevent the spread of diseases.
Interesting fact: The coronavirus originally infects bats, though unverified, it is hypothesized that the virus spread to chicken and other meat through the bat, and when consumed by humans, spread to humans as well.

Wash your hands as soon as you touch a foreign surface, or if you have travelled in a public space where you could have risked infection.
Though we must maintain precaution, the death toll of the coronavirus is only about 3% so far. The categories that are at high risk of dying due to coronavirus are older people >65 years and young children 0-5 years. Early detection of the disease by reporting the symptoms to the doctor and maintaining good hygiene will protect you from its severity.

Yes they could potentially do this, as Italy is now the second most affected by coronavirus.

The chances of this happening are minimal as of now. Most countries are taking ample measures to quarantine and seprate infected patients. Hopefully, we can keep it contained and prevent this pandemic from spreading.

By maintaining hygienic conditions like washing our hands regularly.
1. When you are in a public space, ensure you wash your hands as soon as you can.
2. Get your flu shot.
3. Try your best to avoid crowded public places
4. If you notice any symptoms of the virus, self-isolate and visit the doctor as soon as you can.
Overall the outbreak may not be as dangerous as the media portrays it to be, but we need to tread carefully. Better safe than sorry.
